We celebrated our Habit #4 Star Leaders at our monthly character assembly yesterday! These students "think win-win" and find ways to solve problems while thinking of others.

We held our first ever "open mic" night for 3rd-5th graders who wanted to share their original poems! Miss Brynley, our copy clerk, even joined in on the fun! They all did a fabulous job!

The Emge Holidays Around the World event is tomorrow from 6:00-7:30 PM! The choir will perform and there will be cultural demonstrations, pictures with Santa, sweets and more. This event is FREE to attend! We look forward to celebrating with you!
Thursday, December 4th is an Emge fundraiser night at Texas Roadhouse from 3-9 PM! There will also be a special guest, Mike DelVisco, a bass fisherman that will have a table set up with a game for the kids. Thanks for your support!
Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, will be an AMI day in Fort Zumwalt School District. Students grades 6 - 12 should log in to Canvas. Students grades Pre-K - 5 should complete AMI packet No. 1. Remember, AMI Days do not have to be made up. Get all you need to know at go.FZSD.us/AMIDays.

The 5th grade drama club led by Mrs. Hadfield, did an amazing job of performing their play, "Little Red Writing Hood"!
Congratulations to Mrs. Dempsey for being chosen as Emge's Triple E award winner for this month! Mrs. Dempsey works in our office and does so much to beautify our school and support students and staff! We appreciate all you do!
Our staff Climate & Culture team decorated these two bulletin boards to reflect our work in Leader in Me. Students and staff decorated a piece of a star to show favorite habits and that when we are together we "glow like stars in the sky." We also displayed our class pictures with Louie from the Blues!
We had a wonderful morning celebrating Veterans Day on 11/11! Our veterans and guests enjoyed a nice breakfast and a touching assembly. Thank you for your service!
