Emge students raised over $665 to help families in need this Thanksgiving. Way to go! Mrs. Fraley earned the most feathers and dressed like a turkey on November 23.
Mrs. Fraley and Ms. Merideth Turkeys

To go along with our annual tradition in Ft. Zumwalt, we will be collecting money for the No Hunger Holiday, which raises money to feed families in our community for Thanksgiving.

Every feather you buy for $1 goes towards the purchase of turkeys that will be distributed for Thanksgiving to families in need. When you buy a feather for $1, you can choose to either dress Mrs. Fraley’s turkey or Ms. Merideth's turkey with the feather.  Whoever has the most feathers at the end of the collection will dress up as a turkey to celebrate our school’s amazing fundraising effort!  If you would like to donate, you can send in cash or a check made payable to FZS (stands for Ft. Zumwalt South since they are our collecting high school and will be purchasing the turkeys).

*The winning class with the most feathers will earn the viewing of, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving along with a snack.

Collections for turkey feathers will be:

Monday, November 8

Tuesday, November 9

Wednesday, November 10

Thursday, November 11

Friday, November 12

*There is no limit on the number of feathers you’d like to buy.
