The Emge library is the center from which the Emge Stars shine. It is a place where students, teachers, and Emge families come to enjoy all that reading has to offer.
Our collection offers the best in children's literature in both fiction and nonfiction genres. In addition to books, students will have access to a variety of magazines, newspapers, and the Internet. Students will come to the library once each week for a scheduled class visit in which they will learn library skills and study many different elements of books and stories. Story time will be a regular feature for all children who visit the library. Students are encouraged to visit the library as often as they wish between classes to check out and renew books, do independent or class research, or even read the local paper to see what's going on in our community. |
